How to reach us

For anything — billing questions, technical issues, account problems, feedback, or just to tell us how it's going — email:

Please include your account email if you have an account, and a clear description of what's happening. Screenshots help.

Response time

Boopmachine is run by a very small team. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days, often faster. For urgent billing issues (charged in error, unexpected charge), we try to respond within one business day.

What we can help with

  • Account access, signup, or login problems
  • Billing questions, refunds, subscription changes, or cancellations
  • Technical issues — bugs, errors, things not working as expected
  • Privacy or data questions (access, deletion, export of your data)
  • Feedback, feature requests, or general thoughts on the project

What we can't help with

Boopmachine is not a crisis service, a medical service, or a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are in crisis, in danger, or experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact local emergency services or a crisis line:

  • Sweden: 112 (emergency) or Mind Självmordslinjen 90101
  • EU general: 116 123 (Samaritans / emotional support)
  • US: 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) or 911
  • UK: Samaritans 116 123

If you reach out to us during a crisis, we will respond when we can — but we are not a real-time service, and a real human in your geography is the right help.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription anytime from within your Boopmachine account settings, or by emailing support. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

If you were charged unexpectedly or in error, email support and we'll sort it out. For dissatisfaction-based refunds, we handle these case by case and try to be fair.
